Event: Meal Service for Families and Volunteers

We are excited to remind you that the Rotary Club of Morrisville and the Ahmadiyya Muslim Women Association will be providing a meal for our families and volunteers on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 6:00 PM. The event will take place at the Greenwood Forest Baptist Church Fellowship Hall located at 110 SE Maynard Road, Cary, NC 27512.

• Event Schedule:
  6:00 PM: Arrival and Setup
  6:30 PM: Circle Time
  7:00 PM: Children and Volunteers will line up for the meal
  7:15 PM: Parents will line up for the meal
  7:15 PM: Meal providers should divide any remaining food equally among the families present (details will be provided by the Office Manager or Program Director)

What Can You Bring?
We’ll send out a recap of the food items everyone is contributing by Saturday and again early next week.

• Please plan to bring the following:
  Food for 60 people
  Main Course
  Side Dishes (salad, rolls, vegetable dishes, etc.)
  Dessert
  Drinks (your choice)
• Serving Supplies:
  Paper plates, dessert plates, forks, spoons, knives, napkins, glasses
  Take-out boxes and carrier bags for distributing leftovers to families

Important Notes:

• Please ensure that the food is hot and ready to serve.
• There is no need to bring ice or water; these will be provided at the church.
• A new requirement: The church's kitchen is now rented out to a company. We must ensure that the kitchen is left in the same condition as we found it. The Health Department inspects it daily, so please help us maintain its cleanliness. If you have any questions or need further information, please feel free to reach out.
